Fruit and chocolate ... it's my favorite combinations. Had done cakes with these three ingredients separately, always with good results, so I decided to join the irresistible chocolate with my two favorite fruits. The result is a very moist and fluffy cake with several layers of flavor to interleave with each other in the chocolate and vanilla blend well with cherries inside. On the cake, not the icing, but the apple with sugar and cinnamon that makes all the difference, giving special final touch.
Ingredients: 170 grams butter 140 grams sugar 140 grams flour 1 tablespoon and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder 3 eggs vanilla extract 3 QB cherries apples with cinnamon sugar for dusting Method: 18 cms
